Course: Side Dish
Cuisine: Italian-American

Ingredients

  • 1 box Garden Rotini pasta
  • 1 package salame chopped
  • 1 package ham chopped
  • 1 pound Colby jack cheese block cubed
  • 1 cup banana peppers sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • Italian dressing to taste
  • Salad Supreme seasoning to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for topping

Method

  1. Cook the Garden Rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
  2. While the pasta cools, chop the salame, ham, and Colby jack cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to a large mixing bowl along with the chopped salame, ham, cheese, banana peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Pour Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle generously with Salad Supreme seasoning and mix again.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

Notes

  • Add more Italian dressing before serving if the pasta absorbs too much while chilling.
  • Black olives or red onion also make great additions.
  • Best served cold.
