Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream. Add the chicken bouillon and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
Add the cooked bowtie pasta and toss until evenly coated in the creamy garlic lemon sauce.
Stir in the fresh chopped parsley.
Garnish with two lemon slices, additional parsley, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Serve immediately and enjoy!
